Just about everyone has been there, you turn up to your workplace full of  good intentions during the day. You promise your self you’ll not cave in to temptation without a single sweet treat will come into contact with your mouth. Snacking at work is not actually an option today.

It is just about all running smoothly so far you think to yourself, however, no sooner does that notion get into your head, your stomach rumbles. You’re feeling the hunger and assume it’s nearly lunchtime. Then you look at the time and it is only 10:30am – the mid-morning munchies have showed up!!
